New MonaVie Diamonds!
Team R3Global congratulates new MonaVie Diamonds Carl & Andrea James from Dallas, Texas!
Q: How did you make it to Diamond?
A: Lots of prayer, hard work, steady effort, and staying plugged in to the R3Global System. We knew that once we got started with Monavie that we were not going to quit…we knew we wanted to take this business to the top. We realized we were not going to be a Diamond or Black Diamond over night, but with consistent positive action toward a goal, it could be achieved over time.
Q: What was your path to becoming a MonaVie distributor?
A: We were introduced to Monavie through a long time friend. We were at a point in our lives and our careers to where we were looking to start a business on the side, but we did not know what we wanted that to be.
Timing is everything in this business. Our friend introduced us to the Monavie business and the R3Global system in December of 2008, going in to 2009. We are very thankful that he introduced us to a business that has changed our lives forever.
Q: Do you have children?
A: Not yet! But we hope to have children in the near future.  However, we have 2 dogs, Caleb a 14 year old Labrador and Georgia, a 4 year old English Springer Spaniel.
Q: What is the best R3Global tool out there?
A: The best tool for our team has been the R3Global Starter Pack. This has been a great addition to the many great tools that R3 has. One of our most favorite tools in the starter pack is the New Distributor Orientation CD, by Brig Hart. This is a must have for new and old distributors. We also really enjoy the Jim Rhone CD, one of the all time greats!
Q: What is the importance of plugging into the R3Global System?
A: Its a proven system with proven results. It is a total support system that can help you build and support your team even when you are not there to be with them at all times. If everyone is following the same system this business becomes very simple and duplicatable.
Q: What is the most exciting part of being a distributor?
A: For us, developing and cultivating new and old friendships has been huge. This business has already made such a big difference in our family alone. We are so blessed to share this with other families to see what it may be for their lives. It is much more than juice or meal replacements, this business can be a huge blessing to many people in a variety of ways. The money is pretty nice as well!
Q: What’s the coolest thing you’ve done with your time freedom since becoming a MonaVie distributor?
A: We have been able to plan great trips and dream big dreams. We are so excited about the Ruby fly-in to Utah and the Diamond Destination trip to Maui.
Q: What do you say to naysayers?
A: We do not push this business on anyone, but we do keep notes on who have told us “No”. We always follow back up with the people who have told us ”No” in the beginning. They may be a “no” for now, but not a “no” forever. Timing is everything in this business. We have had several people who said “no” in the beginning, come back later and say “yes”. It was their time! Also, we are just looking for the “Yes’s”! Don’t worry about the “No’s”!!!
Q: How important is being branded?
A: Very! People will ask you “What is Monavie”? Just from your shirt being branded or your car having a decal…that is how we were introduced. My friend saw Dan Williams with a decal on his car and a brand on his shirt. If Dan would have not been branded that day, we probably would not be here now. Being branded does not just mean clothing and decals…you could also carry around an EMV or a RVL snack bar…people will ask you what you are drinking or eating.
